Bellevue Manor Bed and Breakfast is affordability and elegance rolled into a single
Newport Inn. The Bellevue Manor Bed and Breakfast is a proud example of all that the City
of Newport, Rhode Island has to offer in the way of charm and sophistication. Bellevue Manor
is nestled in a cozy little nook within walking distance of the downtown Newport waterfront
area. Continental Breakfast in our European Cafe and free parking for one vehicle per room
are included with all our accommodations. We offer affordable nightly and weekly rates. We
can easily accommodate individuals and couples between all 3 of our bed and breakfasts in our
guest rooms and families and groups in our suites not only in Bellevue Manor, but also in
Bellevue House. All 3 of our Bed and Breakfasts are on the same block of Newport, RI's famous
Bellevue Avenue! Touro Synagogue is a few blocks away and our inns are within the Eruv. Upon
availability some rooms allow pets; a $50 cleaning fee may apply to pet-friendly rooms. Ask
about our mid-week and off-season specials when you are planning your next Newport, RI getaway!
Upon availablity, if you stay 2 nights (except for 3-night weekends and other high-demand times),
you can get a 3rd night half price, and a 4th night free! SPECIAL Based on Availablility: Run of the House,
Nov 1 to May 1: 1 night: $90 single/double occupancy and $125 quad occupancy 2 nights: $150 run of the house
Summer nights special: stay 2 nights in June or September ang get the third night free!!!
Hot summer months special:stay 2 nights in July or August and get the third night half off!!! Weekly rates starting at $200 to $250 November to Mid May, call for details.
