All rates are nightly before tax. The higher amount is weekends. The lower amount is mid-week. Memorial Day, July 4th, Jazz Festival, Folk Festival, Labor
Day, Columbus Day and possibly other event / parade weekends require a 3 night stay. All non event / parade weekends from May 1 to October 31 require
a 2 night stay. Mid week winter rates are 50% off with a 2 night minimum mid week stay. Ask about unpublished availability specials.
